Directions:
Monster Pump NOS contains caffeine. Individuals highly sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants should not use this product. Read product warning prior to use. For best results consume approximately, 10-30 minutes before training. First time uses should start by mixing 1 scoop (15.2g) with 8 fl oz of water. Experience, tolerant users may choose to mix 2scoops (30.4g) with 16 fl oz of water. Experienced, highly tolerant users may mix up to 3 scoops (45.6g) with 16-24 fl oz of water. Do not exceed 3 servings/scoops in a 24 hour period. CytoSport products complement a healthful eating and hydration plan that, when combined with a balanced exercise program, may contribute to health weight management and recovery from exercise.

Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Malic Acid, Beet Powder (Added for Color), Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, Soy Lecithin.
Warnings:

This product should only be used by health adults age 18 and older. This product contains the amino acid Beta-Alanine, which may cause a tingling skin sensation in some individuals. Liking The Effect; Loving the Label
I've had Monster Pump before, and on the basis of that first experience, I bought it again (and also got a pack in my super-cool Team M&F box). The first time I tried it, it seemed to work really well (it was actually the first pre-workout I ever tried). This time, it seems to not quite have the same effect (could just be a tolerance build up on my part) but it is still working pretty well; good pumps on back and biceps today. Normally, a 'like' gets you a '3' for my rating, but big props to CytoSport for full disclosure on the ingredients (i.e. the caffeine content is listed in mg, not simply included as part of a 'proprietary energy matrix') so I'm giving it a '4' since it helps me make an informed decision.

Pretty rough
I hard a hard time getting this product to mix in my shaker cup. I must have shaken it for like 5 minutes and there was still powder in the bottom of the cup. The taste was really bad. I had to through it down really fast. Also, it made me really itchy.
