Directions:
To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with one (1) capsule taken with a glass of water two (2)times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your main meals. DO not snack after dinner or between meals. For days three and beyond, follow the chart below. Do not exceed two (2) capsules in a 4-hour period and/or six (6) capsules in a 24-hour period. SWEAT...
Have used Xenadrine in the past. It's like "old faithful" it will always work...NO JITTERS was an extra plus w/this supplement. It is a good pre-workout heater. SWEAT throughout the workout, and pretty consistent energy and able to stay focused.

Provides good consistent energy, but a lil bit of gitters experienced, so watch additional sugar/caffeine intake. No crashes, and improved concentration- would try again.

The sample was only one serving so it is hard to say if it is effective or not. I would rather have fewer samples and more of each sample to get a better feel if I like the product.

Xenadrine always works, its amazing! Can feel its thermogenic effect, higher body temperature, sweat during work out. No jitters! Gives a lot of energy. Im going to get the whole bottle.
