As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop (20g) of XPAND XTREME PUMP with 8-16 ox. Of water or your favorite beverage. Pre-Workout: Take 1 scoop of CAFFEINE-FREE XPAND XTREME PUMP before your workout.
