Produced naturally in the body from the amino acid leucine. Protect muscle tissue by reducing the breakdown of protein. Preserves muscle by strengthening muscle cell integrity. Promotes muscle growth by accelerating protein synthesis. 40g sustained-energy carb blend. Rapid release glucose polymer for fast glycogen replacement to depleted muscles. Isomaltulose and waxy maize for sustained energy release. Research has shown that a 2:1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein helps stimulate muscle glycogen synthesis better than protein alone, giving muscle cells the energy they need to recover.
Directions:
Two servings per day recommended. Combine 2 scoops with 8 fl oz of cold water, milk or your favorite beverage and mix for 20-30 seconds in a shaker or blender. Drink within 30 minutes after your workout. Also works as a snack or part of 5-6 smaller meals per day. Use with a healthy diet and exercise program.
