Directions:

Do not exceed recommended daily dose of 5 grams per day (one single dose). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a health and varied diet. Do not consume Glutamine powder without first mixing into at least 16 ounces (500 ml) of water or suitable fluid. Drink plenty of water or other suitable liquid while using this product.
