Directions:

Do not exceed 3 caplets in a 4-hour period and/or 6 caplets in a 24-hour period. For best results, combine Premium Cleanse in conjunction with a healthy cleansing meal plan. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days at a time. For occasional use only. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day. Ready the entire label before use and follow directions.
