Directions:
Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) of Nitro-Tech hardcore Pro Series with at least 8 oz. of cold water or skim milk and drink, Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Consume 2 servings of Nitro-Tech Hardcore Pro Series 3 times daily for 6 weeks.
