Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops twice daily, spaced 6-8hrs apart on an empty stomach, 30-minutes before exercise and/or meals using approximately 8-12oz of juice or water. Athletes weighing in excess of 70 kg (154 lb) should opt for the increased dosing protocol of 2 scoops twice daily for maximum effect.
