Directions For Normal Dosing: Hemo-Rage is stronger than any pre-workout supplement ever formulated so all label guidelines must be followed. To assess your tolerance, begin by mixing just ONE serving (1 scoop) into 6 to 8 oz. of cold water before hitting the dungeon. If you can tolerate the potency, move to the UNDERGROUND Dosing protocol below. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SERVINGS EVERY 24 HOURS. Do not consume within 6 hours of sleep. Directions For Underground Dosing: Due to the concentration of underground stimulants and anabolic agents, NEVER exceed this dosage under any circumstances. Begin your trip to the UNDERGROUND by mixing TWO servings (2 scoops) into 12 to 16 oz. of cold water. Take 2 servings before doing battle. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 SERVINGS EVERY 24 HOURS. Do not consume within 6 hours of sleep.
