Directions:
Due to the potent nature of the Tight Extreme Reloaded formula individuals under 200 lbs, take 1 Hot Cap per day. Individuals 200 lb and over, take 2 Hot Caps per day. Take with 6-8 oz of water. Consuming Tight Extreme Reloaded on an empty stomach may cause nausea. Therefore, take the product with a meal or preferably immediately after.
