High Energy
I used the Carbonix in-between teaching my classes and then this for my pre-workout. I immediately felt a surge of energy. I mixed the whole packet, lol. I then realized I had to rush through my workout to meet a client (on LEG day!) and busted through it. Felt GREAT! I probably should have split the sample/serving in half. I do love my caffeine and energy.....I saved just a bit of it for before I taught Cycle in the evening but that little bit definitely gave me enough!

My Fave So Far
My favorite pre-workout to date and I've tried a many. It tastes pretty good, no major after taste, not tarty tasting or anything. Mixes very well...I use my shaker cup with 10oz of cold water. It makes me urinate. I use this particular pre-workout when I tell myself no workouts today and though I really don't want to workout this pre-workout makes me want to. It's hard to explain, but this is the one I take when I need to get out a funk. For me, it takes about 30-40 mins for this product to kick in vs taking this pre-workout 20 mins before workout starts as the directions suggests. I take only one serving and I don't get the tingling feelings or jitters. I feel like I need to move though which is the key for me. Overall, great product! It has 250mg of caffeine in one serving so that's a plus as well.

Fantastic!
This pre-workout supplement is great! I used a third of the sample packet and I was able to extend my workout by doing more cardio, and had increased muscle endurance with free weights. I strongly recommend this product.

Smooth!
I took the whole sample pack since I have a high tolerance for preworkouts. I was so focused that I didn't realize 2 hrs had gone by. I only stopped because I had to go to work.
I am definitely going to pick up a can Of this stuff next chance I get.

Strong stuff I only used half the sample pack per workout and it still upped my energy levels. If you're at all sensitive to caffeine or a smaller person (I'm only 155) I would just use half the serving size.

This one seemed to work pretty well: good energy to get things going and a good pump the longer I went. I'm partial to NeuroCore, but 12 Gauge was a good standby. I might have rated it higher, but I'm never a big fan of 'proprietary' labeling on these types of products.
