Directions:
Mix about two (2) scoops (1 cup) of Super Mega Mass 2000 with 8 fl oz (1 cup) of cold water or whole milk.
Ingredients:
Maltodextrin, proprietary protein blend (nonfat milk, whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, egg albumen).
