PRE-WORKOUT POWERHOUSES
BPI's Pump-HD and Blox make a great pre-workout combo

Pump-HD provides the traditional ingredients that we know work well when taken before workouts. For enhancing the muscle pump, there's beet extract, which is a rich source of nitrates. In the body, nitrate is reduced to nitric oxide, which relaxes the blood vessels to allow more blood flow to working muscles. There's also creatine in Pump-HD, which pulls fluid from the blood into the muscle cells.

Blox is a source of silk amino acids, which have been shown to increase testosterone levels and encourage muscle growth. Research shows that the amino acid sequence of silk protein, when combined with Pump-HD, provides exercise benefits such as enhanced muscle endurance.
